knowledge in traditional Georgian wine making practices as well as
in modern emerging technologies. He is a member of American
Society of Wine Industry and Viticulture.

process consists of the following steps:
-
Rinsing of the bottles – only the inside of the bottles is
rinsed
-
Flushing of bottles with inert gas – This is provided to remove
most of the air from the bottle and substitute it with nitrogen or
carbon dioxide. By doing so, oxidation of the wine during the
filling process is noticeably reduced.
-
Filling of the bottle with wine
-
Inert gas injection before closure – The injector removes the
air between wine and cork
-
Corking under vacuum
-
Labeling – Labeling is provided by the semi-automatic labeler
machine mod.
