Every Georgian peasant is a born grape-grower and wine-maker. In almost each peasant household you will find a special shed, marani, with huge clay wine-jugs, -kvevri,-buried neck-deep in the earthen floor. When wine is ready, the maker of this noble drink asks his friends over to pronounce a verdict on it and to bless it. 
The guests watch with silent concentration as their host fusses over the huge kvevri, opening it.


By the long inquisitive work of many generations about 500 grape varieties have been bred in Georgia, among which special mention should be made of Rkatsiteli, Saperavi, Mtsvane, Tsolikauri, Cabernet, Chinuri, Aleqsandreuli, Khikhvi, etc. There are the most valuable commercial grape varieties that supply the primary material, allowing the wine-makers to produce top-quality Georgian wines of 60 brands known far beyond the Republic.

 

Emerald –green vineyard plantations, cultivated by grape-growers with loving care, spread over the hils and valleys of Georgia with its rich soils and benefical climate.
The untiring efforts of generations of Georgian grape-growers, ages of painstaking experiments have produced more than 500 cultured grape varieties in Georgia.


The company cooperates with the world leading manufacturers of wine ancillary materials to guarantee highest quality of its production. For the final produce only the high quality wine is not enough but it should be bottled according to the modern technology in quality bottles using natural cork in order to keep the wine quality. Labeling is provided by the semi-automatic labeler machine mod. s70/3.
